Lance Cpl. Christopher P.J. Levy, 21, of Ramseur, North Carolina, died December 10, 2011, of wounds sustained December 7 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. Lance Cpl. Levy was assigned to 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
