Loncki, 23, of New Castle, Delaware, was killed January 7, 2007, by a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device while performing duties in the Baghdad area supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Loncki was assigned to the 775th Civil Engineer Squadron, Hill Air Force Base, Utah.

Fiscus, 26, of Townsend, Delaware, died December 2, 2006, in Baghdad, Iraq, of injuries suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his HMMWV during combat operations. Fiscus was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
